6. Order Cancellations and Returns

• Order Cancellations:
  Cancellations are permitted within up to 30 days of receiving all shipped items.

• Returns Process:

  • Returned items must be shipped to one of our two designated warehouses:
    • Iowa, USA
    • Frankfurt, Germany
  • Detailed shipping instructions, including the return label, will be provided by us. Customers may choose to have items picked up by a courier or drop them off at the courier’s designated location.

• Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned items are received at our warehouse, we will process a refund amounting to 90% of the item costs, less the shipping costs to the customer’s destination as outlined in the original order.
