Woofers on Baffles to Frame

  • Step 1 — Mount the woofers to the baffles

    • Place the baffle on your knees or between two chairs so it is stable.

    • Position the woofer on the baffle.

    • When looking at the baffle from the front, make sure the woofer posts point toward 8 o’clock.

    • Insert 2 × M4 bolts first to hold the woofer in place.

    • Insert the remaining 6 × M4 bolts and secure them with the serrated nuts.

    • Tighten all 8 bolts firmly, but do not overtighten to the point where the woofer ring deforms.

    • Repeat this for all four woofers and baffles.

  • Step 2 — Prepare the frame

    • Stick the rubber decoupling rings to the frame (as shown in the image).

    • Make sure they are aligned with the four mounting points for each baffle.

  • Step 3 — Mount the baffles onto the frame

    • Insert 4 × M6 furniture bolts (flat head) into the four corner holes of each baffle from the front side.

    • Carefully place the baffle onto the frame, starting with the bottom baffles.

    • Make sure the woofer posts point toward 8 o’clock when looking from the front.

    • Secure the baffle using the four thumb nuts on the back of the frame.

    • Tighten firmly by hand (no tools required).

    • Repeat this for all four baffles with woofers.
